Artwork Guide

Artwork in General
Please supply your Branding in vector format preferably saved as a .pdf, .eps or .ai. this will give the best output across all sizes (please see sample image below).
Non-vector artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi at actual image size. Screen images tend to be 72dpi so would print significantly smaller at 300 dpi. If reproducing screen images they would need to be roughly 5 times the required size.

Board Designs
Please supply logos and icons in vector format as stated above.
For notice board designs, alongside the above formats we can also accept excel and word files though please note proportions may change when scaled to actual size in these formats.

Colour
Please produce your artwork using CMYK colour mode or utilising the Pantone Coated Colour matching System.

Design Details
Please thoroughly check your artwork and proof read the text.
All fonts should then be embedded or converted to outline paths.
